Closing of "READIED DAY- MONTH CELEBRATION" and PRIZE DISTRIBUTION on dt. 28/07/2018

Reading Day- Month celebration held in the Kendriya Vidyalaya AFS Arjangarh from Dt. 19/06/2018 to 18/07/2018. On celebration of this occasion various activities and competition conducted and organized by the Library and Reader’s Club i.e. Theme Assembly, Literary Quiz, DEAR (Drop Everything And Read) campaign, Reading with nature reading campaign,  Book Fair,  Mass Reading Programme (Reader’s Club Members), Readathon (Mass Rally to promote reading habits) Book Mark Designing (class VI), Book Cover Page Designing (Class- VII to VIII), Book Review Writing Competition (class IX-X) Essay Writing Competition on “ How to develop/ improve reading habit”(Class IX-XII), Workshop on “How to become good reader”, Workshop on “How to develop reading habit”, “ How to write book review” & “ How to become a good reader” etc.

“Vidyalaya Baal Pustak Mela-2” organized and conduced in the Vidyalaya central Hall with the help of World Books Publication & Distributors, Deals in NBT(National Book Trust) and CBT (Children Book Trust), New Delhi (From Dt. 11/07/2018 to 13/07/2018). Inauguration of the Vidyalaya Baal Pustak Mela-II held BY Mr. Suman Kumar, PGT (Chem.) & Officiating Principal on 11/07/2018.  Various types of good and knowledgeable books displayed in the Vidyalaya Library. Student’s got 10% discount on purchasing of books. All the students enjoyed the Baal Pustak Mela. Winners are facilitated with prizes and the event was closed on dt. 28/07/2018 with the theme based dance and group song.
